This REPART in-cell LCD screen replacement swaps the complete display and touch digitiser on the iPhone 15 Pro Max (A2849, A3105, A3106 and A3108), with the metal LCD shield plate already fitted to the back.

It is built for the iPhone 15 Pro Max: a 6.7-inch, 2796 x 1290 panel at 460 ppi, with 650-700 cd/m2 brightness, a 120Hz refresh rate and a 103-106% sRGB colour gamut. The iPhone 15 Pro Max came with an OLED screen, so this LCD is a budget friendly alternative. It has a slightly thicker border and lower contrast than OLED.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws on a screw mat - the two bottom pentalobe screws are 7.2mm, the logic board cover uses six Y000 screws (one 2.1mm and five 1.5mm) and the light sensor cover one 1.4mm Phillips screw. A long screw in a short hole can damage the logic board
- Remove the two pentalobe screws either side of the USB-C port and warm the edges. Slide your pick under the plastic bezel, not into the seam. The screen opens from the right-hand side like a book - the two display cables are on the left. Insert picks no deeper than 3mm at the top and bottom, 5mm on the right (twist to release the clips) and 2mm along the left edge
- Always unplug the battery before you remove any other parts. Keep metal tools away from the battery, and never bend, crush or puncture it.
- Disconnect the battery first, then the ambient light sensor, then the screen, before attempting any component removal
- Transfer the ambient light sensor from your old screen: remove its cover, warm it and lift it slowly with a pick - the cable is very fragile. If it is damaged, True Tone and auto-brightness stop working. Re-stick it with Tesa tape if its adhesive is weak. No earpiece or Face ID part moves on this model
- Test touch, display, earpiece, proximity, Dynamic Island and Face ID before sealing the phone, and don't peel off the protective film or any stickers until it's all working
- Opening your iPhone 15 Pro Max breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Clean off the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit the new screen gasket adhesive included in the box when you reassemble it.
- This screen supports IC transfer - a micro-soldering specialist can move the display IC from your old screen onto this one
- Once the repair is finished, turn True Tone on in Settings > Display & Brightness (iOS 18 or later)
