Cracked your iPhone 8, SE 2020 or SE 2022 screen? Or is the display showing lines, black patches or flicker, or is it not responding to touch? This Premium OEM LCD screen replacement swaps the complete display and touch digitiser on the iPhone 8 (A1863, A1905, A1906 and A1907), iPhone SE 2020 (A2275, A2296 and A2298) and iPhone SE 2022 (A2595, A2782, A2783, A2784 and A2785). All three phones use the same 4.7-inch screen.
Also available for the iPhone 8 / SE 2020 / SE 2022: OCX LCD (budget option)
It is built for these phones: a 4.7-inch, 1334 x 750 LCD at 326 ppi, with 575 cd/m2 brightness and a 1400:1 contrast ratio, the same size and resolution as the screen your iPhone came with.
- OEM SHARP LCD - A Sharp LCD panel with high colour intensity: brighter colours, whiter whites and darker blacks than most aftermarket LCD screens, with even illumination across the whole screen.
- RESPONSIVE TOUCH - One integrated driver chip runs display, touch and 3D Touch together, for quick, reliable touch and better power efficiency.
- 3D TOUCH SUPPORTED - On the iPhone 8, 3D Touch works with this screen. The SE 2020 and SE 2022 use Haptic Touch instead, which works as normal.
- PRECISE FIT - Quality materials and precise cutouts, so the screen fits accurately and installation is a breeze.
- TRUE TONE CAPABLE - On the iPhone SE 2020 and SE 2022 with iOS 18 or later, True Tone works with this screen without a transfer machine.
- COST EFFECTIVE - Less than a quarter of what you would pay for an Apple screen replacement.
Part Includes:
- iPhone 8 / SE 2020 / SE 2022 Premium OEM LCD Screen and Touch Digitiser Assembly
- iPhone 8 / SE 2020 / SE 2022 Screen Gasket Adhesive
- LCD shield plate (SE 2020 type) pre-installed
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit iPhone 7, 8 Plus or SE 2016. They look alike but the screens differ. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.
Please Note
iPhone SE 2022: swap your own LCD shield plate onto the new screen. The pre-installed plate is the SE 2020 type and the screen won't click in properly without the swap.
Please Note
Touch ID keeps working once you move the home button across from your old screen. Only your phone's own home button works with Touch ID.
Please Note
Third party screen, not an Official Apple product. The front camera, earpiece and sensors are not included: move them across from your old screen.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws, they are different lengths: two 3.5mm P2 pentalobe screws at the bottom (3.4mm on the SE 2022), four Phillips on the display cable bracket (two 1.2-1.3mm and two 2.8mm), three 1.2-1.3mm Phillips on the front sensor bracket and four Y000 on the home button bracket. Use a screw mat to keep them in place
- Remove the two pentalobe screws beside the Lightning port, warm the bottom edge and lift the screen with a suction cup just above the home button. Slide picks in no more than 3mm deep, stay out of the right edge (where the display cables run) and don't pry the top edge, which has fragile clips. Lift no more than 15 degrees, slide the screen slightly down to free the clips, then open it like a book from the left side, hinged on the right
- Make sure you always unplug the battery before attempting any component removal. Remove the display cable bracket, disconnect the battery first, then the two display cables and the front sensor cable
- Be careful when transferring your home button from your old screen. Remove the Y000 bracket screws (the shortest screw first, and don't overtighten them on reassembly), warm the bottom edge and use a spudger to gently pry underneath the flex cable to loosen the glue. Touch ID only works with your phone's own home button - if it breaks, you will lose Touch ID and home button features
- iPhone 8 and SE 2020: the metal back plate (LCD shield plate) is already fitted to the new screen, so leave it on. iPhone SE 2022: move your own shield plate across from your old screen. It is held on by small screws only (no adhesive), so undo the screws and lift it straight off. Without the swap the screen won't click in properly
- Carefully transfer the front camera, proximity sensor and earpiece speaker assembly from your old screen, as they are not included with the new screen. Warm the top edge and use a spudger to gently lift the thin flex cable - if it tears, the front camera, earpiece and proximity sensor won't work
- When fitting the new screen, hook the clips along the top edge in first, then press the rest of the screen down
- Test touch, display, home button and Touch ID, front camera, earpiece and proximity before sealing the phone, and don't peel off the protective film or any stickers until it's all working
- Opening your iPhone breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Clean off the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit the new screen gasket adhesive included in the box when you reassemble it.
- Once the repair is finished, turn True Tone on in Settings > Display & Brightness (iPhone SE 2020 and SE 2022 with iOS 18 or later). The iPhone 8 can't run iOS 18, so it needs a True Tone transfer machine to keep True Tone
