Product Details
Cracked your Samsung Tab A7 Lite screen, or is the display black, showing lines, or no longer responding to touch? This is a premium OEM LCD and digitiser assembly for the Wi-Fi Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7" (SM-T220).
Got the LTE Tab A7 Lite SM-T225? This is the screen for it.
Got the larger Tab A7 10.4 SM-T500 or T505? This is the screen for it.
- OEM LCD, MATCHES THE ORIGINAL - The TFT LCD panel and its IC come from the same manufacturer Samsung uses, in the original 8.7" size and 800 x 1340 resolution, so it looks and works like the screen you had.
- GLASS, LCD AND TOUCH TOGETHER - The glass, LCD and digitiser come bonded as one assembly, so cracked glass, a dead display and touch faults are all fixed with the one part.
- BLACK OR WHITE BEZEL - Choose the bezel colour that matches your tablet, so the repair doesn't show.
- TOUGH, SMUDGE RESISTANT GLASS - 9H rated glass with an oleophobic coating, so it stands up to everyday scratches and wipes clean of fingerprints.
- PRECISE FIT - The cutouts and edges line up with the original, so the screen sits flush in your tablet's frame.
- SENT FROM NZ STOCK - Shipped from our New Zealand stock, so there's no waiting weeks for a part to arrive from overseas.
Part Includes:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Wi-Fi OEM LCD and digitiser assembly (black or white)

Please Note
Does NOT fit the LTE Tab A7 Lite (SM-T225, T227U) or the larger Tab A7 10.4. Check in Settings, About tablet for your model.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Power the tablet off and take out the microSD card tray before you open it.
- The screen is glued to the front of the frame. Warm the edges gently with the iOpener in short bursts, as too much heat can damage the battery, then lift a corner with the suction cup or iSclack and work picks and cards around the edge, no more than 2 to 3mm in, or you can cut the flex cables under the edges.
- Lift the screen like opening a book, away from the side its flex cable is on, and never pull on the flex while it is still connected.
- Always track your screws (Phillips #00, with a #000 on hand for any smaller screws) so they go back in the right place. Draw a picture of your tablet and tape the screws to it, or use a screw mat
- Always unplug the battery before you remove any other parts. Keep metal tools away from the battery, and never bend, crush or puncture it.
- Unplug the display flex from the board with the spudger. When you connect the new one, press the connector down evenly at both ends, never in the middle, so the pins don't bend.
- Test the display and touch before you seal the screen in, and leave the protective film and stickers on until the new screen is working properly.
- Clean the old adhesive off the frame with isopropyl alcohol, fit a strip of 2mm Tesa tape all the way round the frame (no adhesive comes in the box), then press the screen down evenly so it sits flat.
