Cracked glass, a black or flickering display, green or white lines, or a touch screen that has stopped responding on your iPhone XS Max all mean the screen needs replacing. This iPhone XS Max screen replacement is a complete Soft OLED screen assembly - display, touch digitiser and front glass in one part - so it fixes both the picture and the touch in a single swap. Looking for an iPhone XS Max LCD? The iPhone XS Max actually uses an OLED display, and this replacement is OLED to match.
Also available for the iPhone XS Max: In-Cell LCD (budget option)
This REPART Soft OLED is built for the iPhone XS Max: a 6.5-inch, 2688 x 1242 panel at 458 ppi, with 520-600 cd/m2 brightness and a 95-105% DCI-P3 colour gamut. As a soft (flexible) OLED, it folds under at the bottom edge the same way Apple's screen does, so it fits the frame with the same slim bottom border.
- TRUE OLED - Real blacks and rich, bright colour from the same display type your iPhone came with. OLED also uses less battery than an LCD.
- SHARP SOFT OLED - 2688 x 1242 at 458 ppi, the same resolution as the original screen.
- TRUE TONE - True Tone and auto-brightness work with iOS 18 or later, no transfer machine needed.
- 3D TOUCH - 3D Touch (Force Touch) works with this screen, just like the original.
- PRECISE FIT - Brackets come pre-installed and the cutouts match the original screen, so every hole lines up and the frame sits flush.
- QUALITY GLASS - Hard-wearing glass with an oleophobic (anti-fingerprint) coating that stands up to daily use.
Part Includes:
- iPhone XS Max Flexible Soft OLED Screen Assembly
- iPhone XS Max Screen Gasket Adhesive
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit iPhone 11 Pro Max, XS or XR. The 11 Pro Max is the same size but uses a different screen. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.
Please Note
True Tone and auto-brightness work on iOS 18, with no transfer machine needed. 3D Touch works too, just like the original.
Please Note
Third-party screen, not an official Apple product. Move the earpiece and sensor assembly across carefully to keep Face ID working.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws on a screw mat or tape them to a drawing of your phone. The Y000 tri-point screws come in four lengths: the logic board bracket has two 1.1mm, one 1.5mm and one 3.7mm, the display connector bracket two 1.5mm and one 1.1mm, and the earpiece bracket one 1.4mm and two 1.5mm - a long screw in a short hole can damage the logic board
- Remove the two 6.9mm pentalobe screws beside the Lightning port, then heat the bottom edge to soften the adhesive. If the glass is cracked, cover it with tape first so the suction cup can grip
- Slide picks under the plastic bezel (not between bezel and display), no deeper than 3mm and never along the right-hand edge (display cables) - the screen opens from the left like a book. Pull it towards the Lightning port to release the top clips before slicing the top corners
- Always unplug the battery before you remove any other parts. Keep metal tools away from the battery, and never bend, crush or puncture it.
- Remove the logic board bracket and disconnect the battery first, then remove the display connector bracket and disconnect the front sensor, OLED and digitiser cables. Press each connector down at both ends, never in the middle
- Transfer the earpiece and sensor assembly from your old screen: remove its three Y000 screws, warm the top edge for 1-2 minutes, then lift the flex with a spudger or opening card, working left to right under the proximity and flood illuminator module (steps 27-34 of the guide). A broken cable loses Face ID. Refit the white light diffuser first, then the ambient light sensor, and keep adhesive off the proximity sensor and flood illuminator
- Test touch, 3D Touch, display, earpiece, proximity (screen turns off during a call) and Face ID before sealing the phone. If touch does not respond, unplug the battery and reseat the digitiser connector. Don't peel off the protective film or any stickers until it's all working
- Clean off all the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit the new screen adhesive supplied in the box to keep dust and moisture out. Seat the top edge clips first when closing the phone
- Once the repair is finished, turn True Tone on in Settings > Display & Brightness and check auto-brightness is working (iOS 18 or later)
