Is your Samsung Galaxy A24 charging port not working? If it feels loose, is charging on and off, is having trouble connecting to a computer, having audio issues or is not charging at all, a new charging port board (also called the charging board or sub board) is usually the repair you need.
Part Includes:
- USB Type C connector
- Headphone jack
- Microphone
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit the Galaxy A25 5G (SM-A256) or Galaxy A14 (SM-A145, SM-A146). Not set up for the Latin American SM-A245M. Check in Settings, About phone for your model.
Please Note
The USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack and microphone are all on this board, so it fixes charging, wired audio and call mic faults in one part.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it, and take out the SIM card tray before you lift the back cover.
- Always track your screws to avoid putting back in the wrong place and damaging your device. You can draw a picture of your phone and tape the screws to the right places or use a screw mat
- The plastic back cover is glued on. Warm the edges with the iOpener, lift the cover with the suction cup and slide an opening pick around the edge. Do not overheat the phone: the screen and the battery are both damaged by heat, so work in short bursts.
- Only push an opening pick 4 to 5mm past the edge, and take care near the side buttons, where the fingerprint sensor sits.
- Disconnect the fingerprint sensor cable before you lift off the plastic middle cover. The cover is clipped in, so start at the SIM tray gap and work around with an opening card.
- Make sure you always unplug the battery before attempting any component removal
- The board connects to the main board with a long flex cable. Disconnect it at both ends with a spudger, and press both connectors back down until they click when refitting.
- Two aerial (coaxial antenna) cables clip across the board. Unclip them and note which goes where (they are marked R and W), then press them back on until they click, or the phone may lose signal after the repair.
- The board is held by one screw and may also be lightly glued. Lift it out gently rather than prying underneath it.
- Test charging, the headphone jack and the microphone before you close the phone.
- If the back cover does not sit flat when refitting, run a strip of 2mm Tesa tape where the old adhesive was.
