iGadget diagnostic flexible OLED screen banner: premium soft OLED screen, no soldering required, no Unknown Part message

Cracked glass, a black or flickering display, green or white lines, or a touch screen that has stopped responding on your iPhone 14 all mean the screen needs replacing. This iPhone 14 screen replacement is a complete diagnostic Soft OLED screen assembly - display, touch and front glass in one part - so it fixes both the picture and the touch in a single swap. Looking for an iPhone 14 LCD? The iPhone 14 actually uses an OLED display, and this replacement is OLED to match.

Also available for the iPhone 14: Soft OLED (lower price) · In-Cell LCD (budget option)

This diagnostic screen pairs a soft OLED panel with the original Apple display chip, moved over from a genuine iPhone 14 screen. Because the chip is Apple's, there's no "Unknown Part" warning and no chip soldering for you to do. The panel is 2532 x 1170 at 460 ppi.

Why get yours?

  • NO UNKNOWN PART MESSAGE - The original Apple display chip is already fitted, so iOS shows Genuine Used instead of an Unknown Part warning, with no soldering or chip transfer.
  • TRUE OLED - Real blacks and rich, bright colour from the same display type your iPhone came with. OLED also uses less battery than an LCD.
  • SHARP SOFT OLED - 2532 x 1170 at 460 ppi, the same resolution as the original screen.
  • TRUE TONE - Works with iOS 18 or later, no transfer machine needed.
  • PRECISE FIT - Brackets and cutouts match the original screen, so every hole lines up and the frame sits flush.
  • EASIER TO FIT - Brackets come pre-installed, so there's less to move across from your old screen.
  • QUALITY GLASS - Hard-wearing glass with an oleophobic (anti-fingerprint) coating that stands up to daily use.

Part Includes:

  • iPhone 14 Diagnostic Flexible Soft OLED Screen Assembly (original Apple chip fitted)
  • iPhone 14 Screen Gasket Adhesive
  • 12 Month Warranty

Please Note

Does NOT fit iPhone 13, iPhone 15 or iPhone 14 Plus. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.

Please Note

Important: run Repair Assistant (Settings > General > About) with the front sensor flex unplugged first. Once paired, power down and plug the sensors in.

Please Note

True Tone works on iOS 18 and later. Don't write True Tone data to this screen with a programmer, as it may cause issues.

Please Note

Aftermarket soft OLED panel with the original Apple chip moved over, so it shows as Genuine Used instead of an Unknown Part warning. Not an Official Apple product.

* Please note, to make searching the device number (M Number) easier, we have only listed the part numbers (First 5 characters), we have removed the region numbers as there is no difference in parts. For example, if "M Number" is "MC922LL/A". we remove the "region" portion and everything after (the "LL/A" at the end) leaving us with "MC922".

iFixit iPhone 14 Screen Replacement Guide

helpful tips

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email

  • Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
  • Always power down your device prior to working on it. The battery can't be disconnected from the front on the iPhone 14 (it is reached from the back), so use only plastic tools near the connectors and don't touch exposed contacts
  • Always track your screws to avoid putting back in the wrong place and damaging your device. You can draw a picture of your phone and tape the screws to the right places or use a screw mat
  • Remove the two 6.8mm pentalobe screws either side of the Lightning port, then heat the bottom edge to soften the adhesive
  • Slide the pick under the thin plastic bezel around the screen, not into the gap between the bezel and the glass, no deeper than 3mm (2mm along the left edge). The screen opens from the right-hand side like a book - the display cables are on the left
  • Disconnect the display cable, then the front sensor cable - each sits under a small bracket held by one 0.9mm Y000 tri-point screw. When reconnecting, line each connector up and press straight down until it clicks
  • Transfer the front sensor assembly from your old screen. Remove its bracket (two 1.4mm Y000 tri-point screws), warm the top edge for about 2 minutes, gently lift each part with a pick or spudger and re-stick with Tesa tape if needed. A broken cable loses Face ID
  • For a clean pairing, run Repair Assistant (Settings > General > About > Parts and Service History) with the front sensor flex unplugged. Once the screen is paired, power down and plug the sensors in
  • Test touch, display, proximity (screen turns off during a call) and Face ID before sealing the phone, and don't peel off the protective film or any stickers until it's all working
  • Clean off all the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit the new screen adhesive supplied in the box to keep dust and moisture out
  • Once the repair is finished, turn True Tone on in Settings > Display & Brightness (iOS 18 or later)
