Product Details

Cracked your Samsung S20 Ultra screen, or is the display black, showing lines, or no longer responding to touch? This is a premium OEM OLED and digitiser for the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G (SM-G988B): an OEM Samsung OLED panel with new glass fitted, sold as the screen only, without a middle frame. Looking for an S20 Ultra LCD? The S20 Ultra actually uses an OLED display, and this replacement is OLED to match.
- OEM OLED PANEL - An OEM Samsung OLED panel with new front glass fitted, in the original 6.9" size and 1440 x 3200 resolution, so colours, contrast and deep blacks match the screen you had.
- STEADY, RESPONSIVE TOUCH - The original Samsung panel keeps touch accurate and stable right across the curved edges, the way your screen felt before.
- TOUGH, SMUDGE RESISTANT GLASS - 9H rated glass with an oleophobic coating, so it stands up to everyday scratches and wipes clean of fingerprints.
- PRECISE FIT - The cutouts and curved edges line up with the original, so the screen sits flush in your frame and your phone closes up properly.
- SENT FROM NZ STOCK - Shipped from our New Zealand stock, so there's no waiting weeks for a part to arrive from overseas.
Part Includes:
- Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra OEM OLED and touch digitiser
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit the S20, S20+, S20 FE, Note 20 Ultra or S21 Ultra, which look similar. Check in Settings, About phone for your model.
Please Note
Screen only: it fits into your existing frame, so your board and battery stay where they are. The battery only needs unplugging.
Please Note
OEM OLED panel with replacement glass fitted, not a new Samsung part.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Power the phone off and take out the SIM tray before you open it.
- The back glass is glued on. Warm the edges gently with the iOpener in short bursts, as too much heat can damage the battery, lift a corner with the suction cup and slice the adhesive with a pick no more than 3 to 5mm in, or you can cut the wireless charging coil, antenna or camera cables. Go slowly at the curved corners, where the glass is most likely to crack.
- Always track your screws (Phillips #00) so they go back in the right place. Draw a picture of your phone and tape the screws to it, or use a screw mat
- Always unplug the battery before you remove any other parts. Keep metal tools away from the battery, and never bend, crush or puncture it.
- Take out the wireless charging coil, motherboard bracket, lower midframe and loudspeaker to reach the display cable, then disconnect it with the spudger.
- The old screen is glued to the front of the frame. Warm it in short bursts and work picks around the edge from the front, with an opening card or the iPlastix to hold the gap, keeping them shallow and over the front camera, as the unreinforced OLED panel can crack if you lever it. Thread the display cable out through the frame as it lifts away.
- Clean all the old adhesive off the frame with isopropyl alcohol so the new screen sits flat.
- Connect and test the new screen before gluing it in: thread its cable through the frame, plug it and the battery in, then check the display, touch and fingerprint (you may need to set it up again) before unplugging the battery. Don't peel off the protective film or any stickers until you've tested the new screen and it's working properly.
- Run a thin bead of B7000 around the frame, clear of the cable cutout, thread the cable back through and press the screen down evenly. Leave it held in place while the glue sets.
- Opening the phone breaks the factory seal. Fit a strip of 2mm Tesa tape where the old back adhesive was and press the back glass down all the way round. Without a full new adhesive seal the phone will lose its water resistance rating.
