New ZealandDont waste your money on these , there is no bass and volume level is way too low.
These need to go in the garbage bin. There seems to be no base, so obviously don't actually have a base speaker in them. The connecting wire is only 4 wires where as the ones you take out have 6 wires. (obviously the missing two wires are for the base speaker). But since there isn't one you don't need 6 wires. So once you have fitted them and look forward to that apple sound again turn on your hearing aids because you are going to need them, even if you dont use hearing aids. I thought the sound out of a normal monitor was bad and these are just as bad. They take about an hour to fit as you have to strip out the entire motherboard. So buy some proper ones and do it properly once. Not like twice as i am going to have to do! If i could give them 0 zero stars I wood. They are going back for a refund.!

these speakers were a perfect fit for this older laptop. iFixit had a step by step guide that was well made and an essential resource to get the job done since everything including the logic board had to come out to fit these speakers
