Product Details
Has your 11-inch MacBook Air stopped charging, lost its left USB port or gone quiet through the headphone jack, even with a good I/O board? The MagSafe port, USB port and headphone jack sit on the I/O board, which joins the logic board through this flex cable. A damaged cable cuts them off.
This cable fits the 11-inch MacBook Air A1370 from Late 2010 and Mid 2011. Late 2010 Air and the board is damaged too? We also stock the Late 2010 A1370 I/O board.
Part Includes:
- 1x I/O board flex cable
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit the 2012 and later 11" MacBook Air A1465 or the 13" A1369. Check the A-number on the bottom case.
Please Note
This is the cable only. The ports themselves are on the I/O board. The same cable fits Late 2010 and Mid 2011, but the boards are different parts.
Please Note
Only the bottom case comes off, and the battery is just unplugged.

- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- The 10 P5 bottom case screws are two lengths: keep the two 8 mm screws apart from the eight 2.5 mm ones. Track your screws on a magnetic work mat or tape them to a drawing of your laptop, as several screws look alike but are different lengths
- Unplug the battery by prying its connector up with a spudger before touching the cable
- The logic board end sits in an unusually deep socket. Walk it out by levering alternate sides, never yank it
- No charging, USB or sound after refitting? Reseat both ends of this cable and the battery connector first
