Is your iPhone 14 Plus charging port not working? If it feels loose, only charges at an angle, charges on and off, won't connect to a computer or isn't charging at all, a new charging port (also called the charger port or Lightning dock connector) is usually the repair you need.
This Lightning dock flex cable is the complete charging port assembly for the iPhone 14 Plus (A2632, A2885, A2886, A2887 and A2888): the Lightning connector, the lower microphone and the flex cable that plugs into the logic board, so it also fixes audio issues caused by a faulty bottom microphone.
100% guaranteed to never show "This accessory may not be supported by iPhone" on official Apple products with our charger ports.
Part Includes:
- Lightning connector
- Lower Microphone
- Flex Cable
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit iPhone 14, 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro Max or 15 Plus. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.
Please Note
The port colour only shows inside the port and can't be seen from the outside, so this one suits any colour iPhone.
Please Note
Opening the iPhone 14 Plus breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Fit new back glass adhesive when you close it up.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws, they are many different lengths: two 6.8mm P2 pentalobe screws at the bottom edge, two 1.3mm Y000 screws on the battery connector cover, one 1.0mm Y000 on the charging coil connector bracket, then small Phillips and Y000 screws on the bottom brackets and loudspeaker. Draw a picture of your phone and tape the screws to the right places or use a screw mat
- The iPhone 14 Plus opens from the back glass, so the screen can stay on. Warm the edges of the back glass, lift it with a suction cup and slide opening picks around the edge, no more than 3mm deep, and don't insert a pick along the right edge where a delicate cable runs
- The back glass stays connected by the charging coil cable, so open it like the back cover of a book and don't strain the cable
- Make sure you always unplug the battery before attempting any component removal. On the iPhone 14 Plus the battery connector sits under a small cover held by two Y000 screws. Then disconnect the charging coil cable so the back glass can be set aside
- The charging port sits at the bottom edge next to the loudspeaker and Taptic Engine, which also come out from the back. Follow the video for the brackets and screws over the port, and disconnect the port flex from the logic board with a spudger before lifting the port out
- The connector to the logic board can be tricky to align correctly so it fits into place. We recommend taking a pencil and tracing the original charging port so you know exactly where it gets positioned and lining the new charger port within the pencil lines
- Before closing the phone, test that it charges, connects to a computer and that the microphone works (record a voice memo and a short video)
- Opening your iPhone 14 Plus breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Clean off the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit new back glass adhesive when you reassemble it
