Is your iPhone 11 Pro charging port not working? If it feels loose, only charges at an angle, charges on and off, won't connect to a computer or isn't charging at all, a new charging port (also called the charger port or Lightning dock connector) is usually the repair you need.
This Lightning dock flex cable is the complete charging port assembly for the iPhone 11 Pro (A2160, A2215 and A2217). It also carries the bottom microphone, so it can fix audio problems such as callers not hearing you.
100% guaranteed to never show "This accessory may not be supported by iPhone" on official Apple products with our charger ports.
Part Includes:
- Lightning connector
- Bottom microphone
- Loudspeaker socket
- Taptic Engine socket
- Flex cable
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 11 or iPhone XS. Their ports look alike but differ. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.
Please Note
The port colour only shows inside the port and can't be seen from the outside. Choose a light or dark one to suit the inside of your current port.
Please Note
Opening the iPhone 11 Pro breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Fit new screen adhesive when you close it up.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws, they are different types and lengths: two P2 pentalobe screws beside the Lightning port, Y000 tri-point screws on the brackets, and Phillips #000 and standoff screws on the loudspeaker and charging port. Use a screw mat to keep them in place
- Remove the two pentalobe screws, warm the bottom edge and lift the screen with a suction cup. Slide picks under the plastic bezel, no more than 3mm deep, and keep them out of the right edge where the display cables run. The screen opens like a book, hinged on the right, with clips along the top edge
- Make sure you always unplug the battery before attempting any component removal. On the iPhone 11 Pro unplug the battery connector under its bracket at the top, then the lower battery flex under its cover beside the Taptic Engine
- To reach the charging port, remove the Taptic Engine and the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker is sealed to the frame with a gasket, so warm it before lifting it out
- The microphone sits under a small cover held by a Y000 screw and light adhesive. Warm it, lift the microphone out with tweezers, and note how the microphone and logic board flex cables are folded so you can fold the new port the same way
- The connector to the logic board can be tricky to align correctly so it fits into place. We recommend taking a pencil and tracing the original charging port so you know exactly where it gets positioned, then lining the new charging port up within the pencil lines
- Move any foam pads across from the old charging port to the new one, and refit every grounding screw
- Reconnect the battery and screen and test charging, a computer connection and the microphone (record a voice memo) before sealing the phone
- Opening your iPhone 11 Pro breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Clean off the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit new display adhesive when you reassemble it
