Is your iPhone 14 Pro charging port not working? If it feels loose, only charges at an angle, charges on and off, won't connect to a computer or isn't charging at all, a new charging port (also called the charger port or Lightning dock connector) is usually the repair you need.
This Lightning dock flex cable is the complete charging port assembly for the iPhone 14 Pro (A2650, A2889, A2890, A2891 and A2892): the Lightning connector, the lower microphone and the flex cable that plugs into the logic board. The lower microphone is on this flex, so it also helps with audio issues such as callers not hearing you.
100% guaranteed to never show "This accessory may not be supported" on official Apple products with our charger ports.
Part Includes:
- Lightning connector
- Lower Microphone
- Flex Cable
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit iPhone 14, 14 Pro Max or 13 Pro. They look alike but each uses its own port. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.
Please Note
The port colour only shows inside the port and can't be seen from the outside, so this one suits any colour iPhone.
Please Note
Opening the iPhone 14 Pro breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Fit new screen adhesive when you close it up.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws, they are many different lengths: two 6.8mm P2 pentalobe screws at the bottom edge, eight Y000 screws (1.3mm, 1.6mm and 1.9mm) on the battery connector cover, 1.5mm Phillips screws on the loudspeaker, and Phillips and standoff screws on the Taptic Engine. Draw a picture of your phone and tape the screws to the right places or use a screw mat
- Remove the two pentalobe screws beside the Lightning port, warm the edges of the screen and lift it from the front with a suction cup (not through the back glass). Slide an opening pick under the plastic bezel, no more than 3mm deep (2mm on the left edge, where the display cables run). The screen opens like a book from the right side, so don't strain the cables
- Make sure you always unplug the battery before attempting any component removal. On the iPhone 14 Pro the battery connector sits under a cover held by eight Y000 screws: disconnect the battery first, then the two display cables, and reconnect the battery last
- Remove the loudspeaker and Taptic Engine as shown in the iFixit iPhone 14 Pro Battery Replacement guide, then follow the video for the rest of the way to the port. The port flex sits close to the logic board, so never pry against the board
- The connector to the logic board can be tricky to align correctly so it fits into place. We recommend taking a pencil and tracing the original charging port so you know exactly where it gets positioned and lining the new charger port within the pencil lines
- Before closing the phone, test that it charges, connects to a computer and that the microphone works (record a voice memo)
- Opening your iPhone 14 Pro breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Clean off the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit a new screen adhesive seal when you reassemble it
