Is your iPhone 15 Pro charging port not working? If it feels loose, only charges at an angle, charges on and off, won't connect to a computer or isn't charging at all, a new charging port (also called the charger port or USB-C dock connector) is usually the repair you need.
This USB-C dock flex cable is the complete charging port assembly for the iPhone 15 Pro (A2848, A3101, A3102 and A3104): the USB-C connector, the lower microphone and the flex cable that plugs into the logic board.
100% guaranteed to never show "This accessory may not be supported" on official Apple products with our charger ports.
Part Includes:
- USB-C connector
- Lower Microphone
- Flex Cable
- 12 Month Warranty
Please Note
Does NOT fit iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro Max or 16 Pro. Check in Settings, General, About for your model.

Here are some helpful tips to assist you in completing a safe repair on your device. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone (0508 IGADGET) or by email
- Drain the battery below 25% before you start on this repair
- Always power down your device prior to working on it
- Track your screws, they are many different lengths: two 7mm P2 pentalobe screws at the bottom edge, six Y000 screws on the logic board cover (four 1.6mm and two 1.3mm), then many small Phillips screws inside. Draw a picture of your phone and tape the screws to the right places or use a screw mat
- Remove the two pentalobe screws beside the USB-C port, warm the bottom edge and lift the screen from the front with a suction cup. Slide an opening pick in no more than 3mm deep (2mm on the left edge, where the screen cables run). The screen opens like a book from the right side
- Make sure you always unplug the battery before attempting any component removal. On the iPhone 15 Pro the battery connector is under the logic board cover at the bottom right of the logic board: disconnect it first, then the screen and ambient light sensor cables, and reconnect the battery last
- The charging port sits under the logic board. The loudspeaker, Taptic Engine and battery come out first (the battery is held by three pull-tab adhesive strips, a few drops of isopropyl alcohol help release them), then unplug every connector on the logic board and lift it out. Fit new battery adhesive when the battery goes back in
- The connector to the logicboard can be tricky to align correctly so it fits into place. We recommend taking a pencil and tracing the original charging port so you know exactly where it gets positioned and lining the new charger port within the pencil lines
- Before closing the phone, test that it charges, connects to a computer and that the microphone works (record a voice memo)
- Opening your iPhone 15 Pro breaks its factory water-resistance seal. Clean off the old adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and fit a new screen adhesive seal when you reassemble it
